The Phlegyas is a competent kitless Tier 4 fighter, with an eye for trade and tougher combat zones. Assuming maxed Fuel Efficiency, it has the range to reach some rim skylands, where the truly profitable trades and combats lie. An ammo upgrade will keep its pilots firing for the length of those long rim runs, and the Hades' native respectable cargo capacity helps with the cash and trade points.
