[edit] Old World
Akumayo joined Skyrates in the Old World, rising slowly to a position of power within the Red Faction under Fuhrer Thorne. In the Old World, he was dubbed Secretary of Propaganda under Fuhrer Thorne's administration. However, when the Fuhrer resigned and left Skyrates, the Red Faction's stand-in Fuhrer, Phil, declared elections in which Akumayo was elected the new Fuhrer. From this position, he converted the Faction to a Senatorial Fascist State, appointing Firefox and Phil to serve as Senatorial equals to himself.
Once Thorne left the game, the Red Empire's vicegrip on all of Skytopia began to crumble. However, the Senators decided not to organize any major offensives, given that the unobtanium swells near Tortuga were a much more pressing issue. As they became even more dangerous, Senator Firefox took advantage of the crisis to take several Skylands for the Red Empire, and at the time of the Second Upheaval, the Red Empire led the other factions with the most Skylands under its control. Akumayo himself quietly enjoyed the last days of the Old World in the Crimson Angel, his fully modified Mk-ii.

When Skytopia became stable again in the era known as the New World, it became known that Senator Phil had been promoted to Dev status. Thus, the Senate was reduced to only Akumayo and Firefox. The Senators determined that the best strategy was to get Reds into more competent aircraft before beginning their offensive. From then on, they remained quiet on all public channels as to the existence and nature of any military strategy.
In mid-June, Akumayo officially stepped down from the Imperial Senate he himself had formed. He is presently shadowy and inconclusive on his reasonings and precise intentions, residing under the kill-stat title of 'Major'.

[edit] Old World
Akumayo has always been terribly fond of the destructive power of Combat planes. However, towards the end of the Old World, he tasted the power of Performance oriented planes in his Mk-ii, the Crimson Angel.

In the New World, Akumayo's lust for speed and power has led him to modify Performance planes for Combat and speed above all else. He has all but abandoned Trading-based modifications.

As his schedule fills up, Akumayo plans to retire in a Bismarck, giving up his long-loved speed in favor of absolute power.
[edit] The Crimson Angels
Akumayo's sons, Ukamoya and Oyamuka, join him to make up the Crimson Angels. Ukamoya, the eldest, is a boar who currently flies Silver Crimson II, an identical Nova to Akumayo's original design. Oyamuka, the younger, is a monkey who currently flies the Crimson Feather, an Mk-ii modified specifically for combat.
Many wonder at the cross-species nature of Akumayo's sons. Ukamoya was conceived in a tavern on Jordan in the Old World, after Akumayo had downed far too much nippenbrau, he found that Ukamoya's mother, a squat little boar, looked rather attractive. As for Oyamuka, in the New World after Akumayo's Ice Cream Social for joining the Red Faction, he grabbed the confidence to seduce a primate on the Scarlet Blade.
After joining the Skyrates and being told of their father, both Ukamoya and Oyamuka joined the Red Faction. Following directly in his footsteps, Akumayo's sons will ultimately retire with him as the Crimson Angels become a fleet of Bismarcks.
