Mig is a minimally anthropomorphized kitten who enjoys romping and being generally silly in the R&P. She loves a saucer of good scotch and a nice skritching, and is not the least bit shy about demanding attention in all forms when she wants it. Mig is prone to climbing onto the laps or shoulders of patrons around whom she feels comfortable and settling down for a nap, especially after a saucer of scotch. The easiest way to befriend her is, of course, to offer her some of your finest scotch!

Rumor has it Mig is a scary kitty, and there may or may not be a fanclub.

Thistle is technically a member of Red Faction. However, he finds the more active senior members somewhat distasteful, and has distanced himself from the workings of the faction. Thistle enjoys his membership with the 7th Street Capulets much more.

Thistle enjoys cooking and romping around in the sky. He is currently sharing a residence with Keyo.

Thistle is the youngest fox in his family, and the only kit of his litter. He has two older sisters and one older brother from the previous litter his mother bore. Growing up, Thistle was the object of much affectionate teasing and loving abuse from his older siblings. Thistle's parents eventually sent him to self-defense lessons in the hopes that the fox kit will learn how to deflect the more vigorous attentions of his siblings.

As a youth, Thistle enjoyed hunting with his family. As a result, the young fox has a small but quite lovely collection of rifles and small hunting knives.

Thistle's older brother Rowan is a teacher and part-time mechanic at the military outpost where they grew up. His sisters Heather and Tansy are part of an a cappella group which performs at various skylands.

Thistle's mother Willow is a trader, and is often away from home. She sends care packages of exotic foods to her family regularly, and also gifts them with toys and knick-knacks from distant skylands. Thistle's father Sorrel was a retired mechanic who used to teach at the outpost on Olio, where Thistle grew up. Sorrel recently suffered a stroke and died late in the evening on the 25th of January, 208. An elaborate wake was thrown in his memory, at which songs were sung, stories were told, vast quantities of alcohol were consumed, and a good time was had by all. Sorrel's remains were cremated and thrown to the winds.
