[edit] Early Life

Sharktooth was born Daniel Rivendell on August 20, about 15 years ago, to parents Cornelius Rivendell and Joyce Westerley on the island of Jordan during a serious economic depression. Cornelius worked the graveyard shift as a coal miner, while Joyce worked as a public school teacher. They were middle-class at the time, with enough money to put food on the table each day. He didn't quite get along well with his adoptive brother, Stan (even though they still don't up to this day!). At 5, he started studying in the same public school his mother taught in. He stood out, aced every test, finished all of his homework, yet he didn't get along with anyone. He felt quite lonely. Eventually, he was able to get a scholarship and study at a school farther out in Getty.

He spent most of his middle school life at his school in Getty. He was lonely for a while there, with no friends or family. Eventually, he made friends, and became one of the cool guys in his new school. He even got his nickname Sharktooth there. In his new school, he was taught all the stuff that he needed to learn before heading to Echo's Flight School. He was no longer the smart one, since everyone was just as smart as he was. He still did miss his family, though, and after learning that once he gets to Flight School, he'd get his first plane, he was all the more determined to study hard to make it to Flight School.

[edit] Flight School and Blue Faction

Eventually, he graduated from middle school and went on to study in the prestigious Echo Flight School. He then got his CR-4P and immediately went to pay a visit to his parents in Jordan. After that, he thought that Flight School was getting dull and lifeless, especially since he only went to Flight School to get his own plane. After getting his Mastiff, he spent time with it, getting used to it. He's been with it so long, they almost became inseparable. After some trades, and getting a few upgrades, he eventually started thinking about joining a faction. This was a really tough decision for him. After spending some time with members of each faction, he decided to join the Blues. It was a long and harsh journey to Islo in his Mastiff, but they got there. He knew that he had to say goodbye to his Mastiff soon, so he left Islo without claiming his hat.

Sharky is one of the youngest Skyrates around at only 14, turning 15 on August. Since joining the Azure League, he's grown two inches, now standing at 5'3", though still others make fun of his height. He is currently a member of the Azure League, and has no plans of leaving in the future. His dad now works as a manager at an oil factory while his mother now teaches at his middle school in Getty. His adoptive brother, Stan has just joined the Red Faction (A secret which Sharky doesn't know yet) and earns his pay through trade. As for Sharky himself, he is a combat specialist, earning most of his money through taking down pirates, takin their loot, and salvaging scrap metal from the pirate planes he shoots down. He recently traded in his Apollyon-type Hades for a Bolo for Azure League business.

Sharky was last seen in the middle of June, by brother Stan on their homeland of Jordan before Sharky left for Uurwerk for another investigation. He has not been seen since, so it is presumed that Sharky fell to the water below. Stan is still searching for him.

[edit] Personality

Many aquaintances would say that Sharky is quite arrogant. He likes boasting about his success so much. Those who get to know him more can see a very bright side to him. He's nice, friendly, and concerned for others' safety. He's also shy, as it was shown during his visit to the hospital to see Luna.

[edit] Interests

Sharky likes to read, and read, and read. His backpack is filled with so many books, that it creates large cracks on the ground when dropped from the tavern's bar. He also likes music. He plays the trumpet, though is just amateurish. He also dances, though is not... very good at it. He also is interested in learning how to fence after seeing Blade Skydancer's rapier.

[edit] Luna Glacium

Recently, Sharky went along with friend Canid Glacium to the hospital to see Canid's comatose sister, Luna Glacium. He immediately fell in love after seeing her (Aww!). So, he did what any guy would've done in the same situation. After hearing from Canid that Luna has fallen for another fellow canine, Bushido, Sharky still fought for Luna's attention. They're growing closer, yet Sharky still can't admit to his feelings. Because of some important Azure League stuff, Sharky had to say goodbye to Luna. Sharky gave her his only hat, then the two exchanged kisses. He left soon afterwards.

One day, Sharky had a free day, so he decided to hang out with Luna. They eat at a pasta restaurant. Sharky orders a big plate of spaghetti. They dig in, with some awkwardness as they just exchange looks. They soon find themselves chewing on the same strand of spaghetti, without either of them noticing. They soon find their muzzles touching, then they both retreat and try to act as if nothing happened. They head to the park afterwards. They take their time in talking, then Sharky leans in for his first real kiss. Sharky left afterwards.

Recently, Luna and Sharky haven't been seeing each other much, mainly because of Sharky's investigations at Uurwerk.

As of now, it is unknown to Luna that Sharky has disappeared.

Aleksei Popov of Valvia, Navigator.

Aleksei Popov is native to Valvia. Before working for Sharky, he was a freelancer doing odd jobs all over Skytopia. He once worked as a universal translator, knowing several Skytopian languages. He also used to be a Science teacher in Sharky's old school, but got shortly got fired after blowing up the Science lab. He also worked as a coal miner on Tinkspoit for a few months, but quit after contracting several diseases from coal mining. He then went over to Eltsina to engage in buy and sell, but decided instead to learn about navigation. So he stayed on Eltsina for a few months, then Sharky came to hire him. He didn't like him at first, but came to be loyal to him after a few life-and-death situations. He looks like a grump on the outside, but on the inside, he's friendly and soft-hearted.

Infamous Elgrin of Shriebeck, Mechanic.

Elgrin, nicknamed Ellie by Sharky, is a free-spirited mechanic from the skyland of Shriebeck. She became infamous for ruining the plane of one of Shriebeck's previous governors, who was her employer. She was subsequently fired. She then looked all over Skytopia for someone who was willing to hire her. She soon met Sharky. He hired her, afterwards. She had to share the crew hold with Aleksei Popov (see above), who was constantly annoyed by her carefree behavior. She became close friends with Sharky, too.

Mikhail Zuyev of Kadath, Diplomat.

Not much is actually known about Mikhail, being Sharky's newest crew member, except that he comes from Kadath and has an enthusiasm for ancient treasures.

So far, his date of birth and birthplace are completely unknown, but it is a possibility that he could've come from the skyland of Grottopolis, because there was a pirate attack there about 15 years ago, and a baby fox was declared missing. Anyway, Stan was adopted by Sharky's parents about a month after Sharky was born, but apparently looks 3 years older than he is. They didn't get along well, and still don't up to now. He was less smart than Sharky, though he got along well with the people around him.

He eventually thought about getting a plane for himself, so he studied hard to get into Echo's Flight School. He was already able to enter at age 16, about 2 years before Sharky did. He already graduated at the age of 18, with a bachelor's degree in trade. After that, because of his beliefs, he joined the Crimson Armada.
